It would be interesting to see what the Göttingen ms. of the Sādhanavidhāna reads (I think Sugiki announced somewhere that he has a draft edition of Kambala’s work ready). I don’t think sāmānyasarvatantrāṇām iti| kriyācaryāyogayogottarādiṣu| mahāyoginītantrasaṃbhāva kriyā tulyayogena[|] can yield the meaning D.G. (p. 108 & n. 64) extracts from it. In fact, I don’t think it yields anything at all (especially with this spacing), except if we doctor the text considerably. D.G.’s (silent) suggestion to take saṃbhāva as svabhāva could be a start, but I’m at a loss about the rest. Any ideas?
Any ideas? I don’t comment on everything that comes my way. I don’t have the time or the motivation.
Sādhanavidhāna –> corr., I meant Sādhananidhi, very sorry.
